1. Why don't you advertise your passing rate?
We believe that advertising a passing rate without disclosing any substantiated or verifiable evidence may be false advertising. A passing rate without disclosing when and where, how many students surveyed and responded, how many hours spent on studying, what kind of background the students have, and what kind of margin of errors, may be misleading the public.
2. Refund Policy? Our guarantee is unconditional, no questions asked, no explanations needed, no forms to fill out. Just return within three days upon receipt in the condition you received it; you will get a full refund within 15 days, less shipping charges.
3. What do you think about cram classes and software?
We are not against cram classes and software, but we feel that if you do not have a good tax background, and do not spend time reading study guides and working on prior years exams as exercises, you may be wasting your time and money on these expensive cram classes and software.
4. Do I use pen or pencil on the answer sheet when completing the questions?
You can use pen or pencil.
5. I sent my exam 3 days ago, why haven't I received the results?
You have to allow 2-5 days for us to receive your exam from the post office. Once we receive your exam we will send out your results within 24 hours. You must allow the post office another 2-5 days to receive your results.
6. Can I fax my exam?
Yes, you can fax your exam for a fee of $20 dollars. This service includes your certificate to be faxed back to you within 24 hours. The original certificate and your grade would be sent by first class mail within 24 hours.

7. Can I drop off my exam to your office?
Yes, our walk in hours are from 10a.m to 3p.m.
8. Why are there so many questions on the exam now?
CTEC, CFP, and DRE requires that many questions on the final exam.
9. Do you send in my information to CTEC for me, if I pass the exam?
Yes, we do. But, you have to fill out the renewal application and send it to CTEC also.
10. How does your course work?
Our courses are self-study courses. Once you place your order, we will send you a study guide and an exam. The exam is an open book test(tax and CFP tests only).
11. Is there an additional fee if my check bounces?
Yes, for returned checks "NSF" there will be a additional charge of $25.00.
