*All of our Real Estate courses are good for 6 months from the order date.
RE1-RE9 are Real Estate Statutory College-Level Courses. By the rules of Department of Real Estate after ordering the course you must wait 18 days before requesting to take the final examination. Once you request of the final examination it will be sent to the monitor of your choice. The monitor may be any licensed professional(not blood related).
RE11,RE16,RE17- Continuing education approved by DRE. Continuing education courses also have a 18 day waiting period for requesting the final examination which must be monitored by a licensed professional(not blood related). All continuing eduation courses is a 3 day exam.
